shipping is approximately 3-5 business days

Processing takes 1-3 business days and for custom orders processing takes 7 business days. All orders must be completed before 2:00PM EST to be processed. Orders made after 2:00PM EST will be processed the following business day.

Delivery is with the FED EX and business days are Monday-Friday.

 

QUEENING ALL QUTEES isn’t responsible for any lost items. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with FED EX . QUEENING ALL QUTEES  is not responsible for any package that state it has been delivered.

If items have not been received, they can be located by using your tracking number or contacting your local FED EX Office.

If an order is placed on a national holiday or after 3 p.m. EST on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, it will be shipped the following business day.
